This is Pat, your sitter, with her late pup, Crystal, whom she enjoyed over 16 years before Crystal passed.

Hands-On, Full-Time Loving Care!

Hello, I look forward to welcoming your pet into my home. Your pet will be treated with extra loving care, a continuation of your family! I have taken care of families' dogs treating them like they are my own.  I will care for your pet like a treasured family member balancing play, rest, and discipline. Your pet will get the BEST attention! Better than being at any other local group dog boarding facility!  Consider this a safe, staycation for your pup!

I lost my beloved golden retriever, Crystal, to cancer.  This is a picture of us right before Covid hit  My golden outlived most goldens, she lived to be 16 yrs old due to exceptional loving care! With over 16 years of experience caring and loving my golden retriever (and other breeds), I miss having her playful companionship. That said, I would love the opportunity to share and play with your pet while you are gone. It's a win/win. You have peace of mind that your precious dog is safely cared for and I get my 'love for dogs' fix!

I live in a single family home. It backs to a small park and this park is next to a larger park. I do not have a fenced-in yard, BUT THAT IS OK! Your dog will have lots of exercise with at least three walks a day with animal friends and people to meet.

As a lover of dogs, large and small, puppies to seniors, your pet will get one-on-one, individual attention.  I will walk, play, and treat your pet with conscientious care being consistant with her/his physical, nutritional, and social needs per your instructions.

Walk areas: in addition to the park that backs up to my home, I live near Naperville Riverwalk, Knoch Knolls, and Springbrook Prairie where pets love to be walked.

Regarding scheduling your pup's staycation: Drop-offs and Pick-ups are by appointments based on precise times listed in booking.  Please verify your requested times when booking reservations.

I work out of my home as a consultant. Many of my meetings are on Zoom.  I have onsite meetings nearby. The daily routine is up at 6 AM, pup immediately has a potty break. He/she is fed and then taken for a walk around our park. Once back home we have play time then nap time. If you the owner has brought a crate (usually for the puppies) and per your instructions, your pup may nap in his/her crate or in a puppy safe place, the kitchen. Older dogs enjoy their bed or blanket supplied from their home. Every two hours, your pup enjoys a potty break. Around dinner we add a 3rd walk and more play time. Your pup will be let out to potty break one last time before bed time sometime between 9:30 PM- 10:00 PM.

Your precious fur babies are monitored for safety. If more than one pup is in home, each pup will be fed separately in his/her own uninterrupted space. Pups will be separated for safety reasons and allowed to play together during monitored play time once pups have demonstrated good behavior in getting along with others.

What Pat would like to know about your pet

I would like to know more about your pet. What does she/he like? What is her/his unique temperament? What is her/his personality? What are his/her fears and likes/dislikes? Tell me about her/his routines, medication if any, dietary needs, and more. Is there something you would like me to work on with your pet while he/she is here to continue his/her training? I will provide continuity. I love all breeds. My favorite breed, but I am not limited, is the golden retriever. I really LOVE all dogs!
